Black-and-White Warbler, Mniotilta varia. Black-and-White Warblers forage for insects in a behavior similar to Nuthatches, creeping along tree trunks and branches probing with its slightly down-curved bill. They can be observed doing all sorts of gymnastics while looking for insects, including clinging to the undersides of branches.
